The best character to choose in Gotham Knights is Batgirl. The biggest reason for this choice is her similarities to Batman from the previous Arkham games. We will get into its details in a bit but here is why you might want to pick a certain character:

Batgirl – Best character to use in Gotham Knights
As mentioned previously, Batgirl is the easiest pick in Gotham Knights when selecting her character. Starting with her Knighthood ability, which is glide. This allows her to fly around Gotham similar to how Batman would in previous Arkham games. In fact, even her weapon of choice for ranged attacks is Batarangs. She also has hacking skills which allow you to hack into and use enemy turrets to your advantage.
But one of the biggest reasons you should play as her is for her reviving abilities. Her ability Second Wind, allows Batgirl to revive herself.
