How to Become a Werewolf in Sims 4
There are 4 main ways to transform into a werewolf in this game. These methods are excluding using cheats. Here are all of them:
- Using Create-a-Sims (Easiest)
- Getting Bitten by a Werewolf
- Asking a Werewolf to Bite you
- Being born one

Using Create-a-Sims to Turn into a Werewolf
Let us start with the easiest method on this list, that is if you don’t mind going through creating a new sim.
While making a new sim all you have to do is select the Werewolfism occult trait. This will allow your character to be a werewolf from the beginning of their journey.
Getting Bitten by a Werewolf
You can get yourself bitten by a character that is already a werewolf. But by getting bitten I mean getting attacked. This is because when a werewolf attacks and bites you, they will give you the Werebies disease. When this disease is left for a while it will turn into Lycanthropy. And eventually, your character will become a werewolf.
Although for whatever reason if you change your mind. Then you can get yourself the Werebies Remedy at the Grimtooth Bar. Do remember this cure will only work while you have the Werebies disease. If you fail to take the remedy in time and the Werebies disease goes into its next stage, it won’t help you stay human.
Asking a Werewolf to Bite you – Sims 4 Transform Into Werewolf
This method is good when you already have a sim that is a werewolf with the Cursed Bite ability. Just having a werewolf isn’t enough as that ability is also needed. If you have both then make the normal sim talk to the werewolf. You should eventually get a dialogue that allows them to bite the non-werewolf to transform them. Oh and another one of the prerequisites is that both sims should have a good relationship.
Being born as a Werewolf
When werewolves give birth to a sim then there is a good chance they will mostly turn into a werewolf. I am saying chance because it depends on the parents. If both parents are werewolves then the sim will definitely be one. But if one of them isn’t a werewolf then the sim may or may not turn into a werewolf because then the chance reduces by half.
Once the sim grows up to become a teenager you can see the werewolf signs in them.
