- Let’s go over their team and the counters for each Pokemon so you understand how you can beat Rika.
- First comes Level 57 Whiscash, a Water and Ground-type Pokemon with a weakness for Grass. A Meowscarada or Arboliva is enough to negate Whiscash and beat him.
- Next up is a level 57 Camerupt, a Fire and Ground type Pokemon. Hence, their weakness is the Ground and Water type Pokemon. A Whiscash or Clodsire will help you beat this Pokemon. After this, you will be able to beat Rika in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet and plan for the other Elite Four.
- The next two in line would be Level 57 Donphan and Dugtrio, both of them are Ground type Pokemon. The weakness for this type is Grass, Ice, and Water. Once again you can take Meowscarada for a ride.
- Last up will be Clodsire, originally and Poison and Ground type Pokemon, however, he will Terastallize into a Ground type. Hence the weakness is Grass, Ice, and Water and Meowscarada can deal the final blow once again.
