Kor Dragan is one of the three strongholds that you can complete in Diablo 4. The stronghold is home to Vampires, Bloodbound warriors, and giant Vampiric Incubators. And ultimately, you will also come up against the Stronghold boss – Nilcar, the Forgotten Bishop. How to Clear the Kor Dragan Stronghold in Diablo 4
The Kor Dragan is located slightly northwest of Kyovashad in Fractured Peaks. Make sure to be at least Level 25 before you set foot in this stronghold. While most players go on a solo run, we recommend that you clear this Stronghold with the help of other players. This will make your task much easier in beating the Kor Dragan Stronghold in Diablo 4.
Once you enter inside, your main objective in the Kor Dragan Stronghold will be to destroy all the Vampiric Corruption in the area. Try to avoid fighting with large hordes of enemies whenever possible. After destroying the corruption, the Vampiric Incubator will now lose its shield and be vulnerable to your attacks. Thereafter, you will have to face the Nilcar boss after destroying the Vampiric Incubators. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to beat the Kor Dragan Stronghold in Diablo 4.
Destroy the Vampiric Corruption
Within the first few minutes of entering the stronghold, you will be given an objective to purge Kor Dragan of Vampiric Corruption. On the map, you will find yellow areas. Within these areas will be red fleshy vessels called Vampiric Corruption. Go close to them and destroy them by using your melee, ranged, or special attacks. Keep in mind that you will always be surrounded by the hordes of Vampire enemies. Move quickly and deal with them in between intervals. After destroying one vessel of Vampiric Corruption, quickly move on to the next.
Destroy the Vampiric Incubator
After you destroy all the Vampiric Corruption in Kor Dragan, the Vampiric Incubator will lose its immunity. This will be your time to destroy it and gain access to the Kor Dragan Archives. After destroying all three Incubators, you will need to clear one last blob called Vampiric Aberration. Destroying it will give you access to Kor Dragan Archives – the spawn point of the Kor Dragan Stronghold boss.
How to Beat Nilcar, Forgotten Bishop in Diablo 4
Nilcar is one of the most difficult bosses in D4. He will summon Sanguine enemies from the three Incubators surrounding him. Be wary of Nilcar’s Blood Bullet Bullets attack and the Hellbinder. These attacks can take a huge chunk of your HP or even kill you. Use the Vulnerable status effect to deal extra damage to Nilcar and his army. Once you beat Nilcar, you will complete the Kor Dragan Stronghold and get a ton of loot in Diablo 4.
