Octopath Traveler 2 gives players the choice to do many different jobs, but there are also secret jobs and one such job is the Armsmaster. How to unlock Armsmaster Job in Octopath Traveler 2
The Armsmaster job in Octopath Traveler 2 gives you some job skills that focus specifically on melee weapons. Skills such as Giant Swing, Celestial Roar, and On the Hunt.
To unlock the job, first head over to Gravell, Wildlands. Here, you need to go to the blacksmith. But, when you get there you will notice that a man is blocking the entrance. You will need to defeat this man as he is the debt collector.
Once he is defeated, enter the shop and talk with Porta who is the blacksmith. She will thank you for helping her with the debt collector and give you the Armsmaster License making you eligible for the Armsmaster job in Octopath Traveler 2.
As part of your job, she will ask you to get Rusty Weapons in order to convert them into Divine Weapons. Hikari fits the Armsmaster job and class really well so it is advised that you use them for this.
There are six Rusty weapons to get, namely a sword, spear, bow, dagger, staff, and axe. Get all these weapons and you can get the Divine Weapon versions of each of them through Porta.
