Open up your map and find Archer’s Lane, the place which is nearest to the letter is the place you will want to go, once there you will need to face opposite from the facility and you will need to find a huge green ravine.
Cross across the edge and across the ledge you will find a small ledge which has a destroyed vehicle and some other thigns, you will need to jump over to that side and you will find the Dead Ghost tight beside the vehicle.
The Ghost should be in blue color and will probably be glowing, collect the Ghost and jump out of the ravine with utmost care. This is all there is to do to find the Dead Ghost in Echo of the Great Disaster.
There isn’t much to do in this quest, but finding the Ghost can be a bit of a challenge since Destiny 2 never specifies the location clearly.
