How To Get Blue Gem (Aquamarine) in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Learn how to farm these valuable blue gems in Disney Dreamlight Valley

While exploring the world of Disney Dreamlight Valley, you may come across various different collectible items, some of which are valuable. One of these are the Gems that are extremely valuable in the game as they can be exchanged or traded for coins at one of Goofy’s stalls. There are a total of 18 different types of Gems in the game, each of which have a different price based on how rare they are. There are two Blue Gems in Dreamlight Valley. These are Aquamarine and Shiny Aquamarine and they sell for 250 and 1000 coins each. In this guide we will show you all the ways you can get Aquamarine in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to Get Aquamarine Gem in Disney Dreamlight Valley

You can only find Aquamarine in two locations on the map. These two locations are the Forest of Valor and the Dazzle Beach. You can find the former on the east side of the Plaza area and the latter on the south of Forest of Valor. Now, keep in mind though, that you will need 5000 Dreamlight to unlock the Forest of Valor and about 1000 Dreamlight to unlock Dazzle Beach by talking to Merlin.

In order to get Aquamarine, you need to look for big black-coloured rocks on the sides of mountains. These are Gem ore rocks that can drop Aquamarine on mining with your pickaxe. Now there are chances some of these may not drop the blue gem as it is mostly RNG. We recommend bringing Maui from the village along with you on your hunt for Aquamarine. This is because Maui has a mining bonus assigned to him and he can potentially double your chances of finding the Blue Aquamarine Gem.
