If you’re playing Call of Duty: Warzone on a console, you will also be at a disadvantage as the game has cross-play functionality meaning that you will come up against PC players who can hold down sights and aim at you with accuracy.
While the gameplay and other functions are similar on PC and console there are few things that do not carry over so easily, especially when it comes to applying armor plates quickly.
On consoles, you will have to wait for the animation to play out before you can move on to the next plate and this can give your enemies a massive advantage.
This issue was highly debated in the forums and a player seems to have found a way where you can use PC mechanics to fix this issue once and for all.
You will need to connect your console with a Keyboard and Mouse for this to work, but once you have, make sure to go into the options and look for the “Killstreaks & Vehicles” tab.
Here you can edit the Armor Plate Behavior and select the option Apply All which can be found beside it, once you are done with this, you can remove the Keyboard and Mouse and use your controller once again.
This will give you the option to apply all the armor plates by holding down Triangle on PS4 or Y on Xbox One on your consoles, giving you more mobility and the option to engage in gunfights and still being able to take down enemies.
Make sure to pair this new trick with the Armor Satchel in Call of Duty: Warzone, this will give you the ability to store in more armors and you will be able to quickly get secondary armor plates as soon as your primary gets over.
The major thing puzzling everyone in Call of Duty: Warzone is the fact that console players cannot change this option on their own and have to rely on a keyboard and mouse.
