Once pledged, you will need to head to Essexe on the map to start this quest. Once you get to the said location, go inside the huge building in front of the synchronization point and have a talk with Wyatt. He will ask you to speak with Estrid, the wife of Bristan.

After having a talk with Estrid, you will have to head toward the camp of Birstan, which is located 700 meters away. When you reach the location marked  with a teal objective, here are certain clues that you will have to look for:

  • Fruit and vegetables scattered on the ground
  • A body in the tall grass, which can be found on the east side of the camp.
  • A dead, partially eaten horse, which can be found on the south of the camp.
  • A pawprint in the dirt a little further south from the remains of the horse

Once you have examined all of these things, search for Birstan, who can be found on the South of the camp. When you go there, you will find Birstan being attacked by a couple of wild bears. It is your task to save him from bears.

After saving Birstan’s life, you will have to return back to the house you visit at the beginning of this quest. Upon reaching the house, you will be given options to choose. Select whatever option you want, the outcomes will be the same.

Post conversation, Birstan will take you upstairs and a cut scene will begin that will mark the end of An Uncommon Proposition quest.

That’s everything you need to know about how to complete an Uncommon Proposition quest in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. While here, you might want to read about how to solve Rollendritch Standing Stones Puzzle and gamertweak.com/how-to-defeat-basim-ac-valhalla/.
