- Once you have your Explosive Expert, open the Strategic Map.
- From there, press “O” to go to “Operations”.
- Now, scroll down to the bottom of the Operations list.
- Select the “Craft Ammo” option and assign your Explosive Expert as the “Crafter”.
- Now, click on the “Pick Item” option to craft the ammo you want.
