God Of War Ragnarok: All Easter Eggs & References

Published Date :

Now that players have explored a chunk of God of War Ragnarok, there are numerous references popping up. Players are taking note of All Easter Eggs in God of War Ragnarok that they can spot while exploring all nine realms. These references include other Sony Games that have been named in a wordplay while in the game.

While exploring, you will be able to locate 14 hidden Artifacts known as the Kvasir’s Poems. These hidden books serve as the front for the Easter Eggs and you will have to find them in the nine realms and review them while in the Artifacts menu. Since players are often excited about such references, in this guide we will show you all the games that have been referenced.

God of War Ragnarok All Easter Eggs

The entire Easter Egg scenario in GoW Ragnarok is based on wordplay within the poem. Simple synonyms for the words in the source title of the Poem will reveal the title of the Sony Game in reference to it. The exact location of the Easter Eggs is bound to spoil the game for you so we will refrain from using them. However, you can check out the games referenced below.

Here are all the Easter Eggs in God of War Ragnarok:

  • The Sunrise of Nothingness – Horizon: Zero Dawn
  • Large Society Ground Orb, The Performance – MLB the Show
  • We Who Remain, Part The Second – The Last of Us Part II
  • Tool and Bang – Ratchet and Clank
  • Afterlife Abandonment – Death Stranding
  • Visions After Rest – Dreams
  • Spirits Within Walls – Concrete Genie
  • Celestial Construct – Astro Bot
  • Upon Pursuing a Place Not Marked on a Map – Uncharted
  • Trip – Journey
  • Eastern Specter – Ghost of Tsushima
  • An Organization: In the Future – The Order: 1886
  • Sanginuity – Bloodborne
  • The Dead Do Not Ride – Days Gone

If that does not satisfy you, there are many more references that can be noticed while Kratos and Mimir speak. The notable ones are PlayStation All Stars Battle Royale and an unlucky boat captain that Kratos kills in the earlier games of God of War.

That’s all there is on All God of War Ragnarok Easter Eggs and References. While you are here, make sure you check out our GoW Wiki for more Ragnarok guides with Gamer Tweak.
