Alex Kidd is back in Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX and this rebirth of the game looks to bring the nostalgic feeling of gaming with a system that is more adapted to the current generation.
It sure does look unique and the levels look like are designed to bring back the familiarity of the 1980s when the game first came out so much that there is a retro mode included in the game that will give you the option to go back to its origins at any time.
Alex Kidd was a character developed by Sega which was then replaced by Sonic, so it will be nice to see how both of these characters survive in the current generation.
Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX is targetted at a specific audience with the optimism that it will win over other fans as well.
But judging just from what we’ve gotten to see until now, the game looks beautiful and a challenge that will have players invested.
It was revealed during IGNs Summer of Gaming event and it looks like it might even pull off a miracle surprising us all with addictive gameplay.
There are hope and promise and we hope to see it become Nintendo Switch’s new obsession when it releases in the first quarter in 2021.
Though the game can’t come soon enough, Alex Kidd looks like it will push Nintendo Switch’s sales even more making it soon become a must-have device for exclusive games.
