Adopt Me Fossil Egg
The Fossil Egg is a limited legendary egg in Adopt Me, released on October 10 this year. Notably, it replaced the Aussie Egg. It will cost you $750 and can be found in the Gumball Machine in the Nursery or in the Fossil Isle.

Currently, there are 12 Fossil Eggs pets and these are the pet rarity chances:
- Common: 25%
- Uncommon: 30%
- Rare: 25%
- Ultra Rare: 15%
- Legendary: 5%

As we have already mentioned above that Fossil Egg has 12 pets, here are their rarities and chances:
- Ground Sloth – Common > hatching chance 12,5% > 1 each 8 eggs
- Tasmanian Tiger – Common > hatching chance 12,5% > 1 each 8 eggs
- Glyptodon – Uncommon > hatching chance 10% > 1 each 10 eggs
- Stegosaurus – Uncommon > hatching chance 10% > 1 each 10 eggs
- Triceratops – Uncommon > hatching chance 10% > 1 each 10 eggs
- Dilophosaurus – Rare > hatching chance 8,33% > 1 each 12 eggs
- Pterodactyl – Rare > hatching chance 8,33% > 1 each 12 eggs
- Woolly Mammoth – Rare > hatching chance 8,33% > 1 each 12 eggs
- Deinonychus – Ultra-Rare > hatching chance 7,5% > 1 each 15 eggs
- Sabretooth – Ultra-Rare > hatching chance 7,5% > 1 each 15 eggs
- Dodo – Legendary > hatching chance 2,5% > 1 each 40 eggs
- Tyrannosaurus Rex or T Rex – Legendary > hatching chance 2,5% > 1 each 40 eggs
If you take a close look, you will realize that it is only Fossil Eggs and Dino Eggs have the highest chance of hatching a legendary pet among all the Gumball Machine eggs. For the uninformed, chances of each pet are based on the official chances of each pet rarity divided into the number of pets of this rarity. This means that all the pets share the same rarity have the same chances.
So, if you are considering to get all pets, opening at least 80 or 100 eggs is highly recommended.
