In order to add players from Xbox on PC in Halo Infinite for crossplay, you will first need to make sure you have the Xbox Console Companion application for PC.

Once you get this app, you need to open it and go to the Friends & Clubs section. To add a player, simply move to the Search bar and enter the game tag of the player you wish to add. Now, simply press Enter. As long as you enter all of the correct information, the player you wish to add will arrive on your screen. Now, just click on Add Friend. Doing so will see the concerned player receive a request notification about the same. They can then accept the request, after which you can play together.

Now, if you want to accept a request from one of your Xbox player friends on PC to play Halo Infinite, all you need to do is go to the Activity Alerts tab. Here, you will be able to see the requests people send you. Click on the Gamertag of the player you wish to accept. And that’s all.
