There are four ways to add items to wares. The first way is to right-click on an item, and select “Pick-up and Add to Wares“. The second method is to go into your inventory and hold the shift key while selecting the items you want to add to Wares. The third way is to right-click on items from your inventory and select “Add to Wares“. The fourth method is done at the time of selling, you drag items to the barter box.

How to Sell Wares in BG3

  • To sell Wares in Baldur’s Gate 3, go to any merchant and choose “I’d like to see your wares“.
  • Switch to Barter mode with a toggle on the upper middle part of your screen.
  • Press the “Sell Wares” button from the bottom left.
  • All the items you marked as Wares will show on the left barter box. And the amount the merchant is offering will show on the right barter box.
  • All your inventory items show below your picture icon, you can drag any item from there to the left barter box for selling.
  • Once you have placed all the items for sale, click the “Barter” button from the bottom middle and get the money.
