How to Get the Happy Wand?
First, you need to obtain the crafting recipe from Celeste and the materials you require to craft the item are 1 Large Star Fragment and 3 Star Fragments. Head to a nearby workbench to use the items and craft the Happy Wand/Star Wand in ACNH. Now with that in your inventory, simply scroll to it and press A on your Switch to equip it. You can use it as many times as you want, because it is unbreakable.
Now, whenever you want to switch over to another outfit, whip out your happy wand and then select from your registered outfits. Note that you will not be able to change clothes while you have your outfit on. You need to actually revert to your original clothing to be able to change clothes again.
