    Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is finally out and it has taken the world of gaming on fire. The latest AAA title has brought Eivor’s longship back and it will surely help you travel from one location to another while performing raids and for escaping after land combat.

    If you have just started playing Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and finding it hard to control and customize Longship then this guide will teach you the same in a very simple way.

    How to control Longship in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

    Assassins Creed Valhalla Longship Guide

    Apart from exploring the world, you can also use longship in engaging in multiple activities such as hunting, fishing, brawls with other Vikings. In order to call your longship nearby river in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, you will have to use J or hold G and select the boat icon.

    You can control longship Using WASD. If you want to travel fast, you will have to open the sail by pressing SPACE.

    Whenever you encounter any hostile ships or sailing near military or bandit locations close to a river, your Longship will serve as an excellent combat unit. In order to aim and fire your bow, you will have to use Mouse. You are not only the one fighting against enemies, but your crew will also fire bows in the designated direction. What all you need to do is to Hold Q  to protect yourself by using shields.

    How to Customize & Change Your Longship in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

    After completing the introductory segment in Norway, you will be given access to your longship as Eivor and the Vikings will begin heading towards Englands. As soon as you reach Englands, you will be asked to look for a Settlement of your own, where you can upgrade and change the longship.

    In order to customize and change your longship in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, you will have to upgrade your Dockyard first, which will cost you only 600 Supplies and 45 Raw Materials and then speak to the Ship Builder here.

    AC Valhalla Longship Guide

    When you are done speaking with the Ship Builder, you will have a lot of changes for you to make. Yes, you will now be able to make Longship the way you want. Initially, you will only have a few choices to make. To get more, you can purchase more from the merchant.

    What can you change on your longship?

    You can only change a few aspects of your longship in AC Valhalla. If you don’t know what these aspects are then check out the following list of every customisation option.

    • Tailpieces

    AC Valhalla Ship Cosmetic Schemes

    Ship Cosmetics – Hulls

    • Reindeer Clan (Hull) – You can buy this Ship cosmetic from a store at Elmenham in East Anglia
    • Jotunheim Scheme (Hull) – You can purchase this from a store at Elmenham in East Anglia
    • Snakebite Scheme (Hull) – This can be obtained by completing the Grantebridgescire hoard map.
    • Asgard Scheme (Hull) – This can be unlocked at your shipyard after completing storyline at the Seers Hut.

    Ship Cosmetics – Sails

    • Reindeer Clan (Sails) – You can purchase it from a store at Elmenham in East Anglia.
    • Jotunheim Scheme (Sails) –  You can purchase it from a store at Elmenham in East Anglia
    • Asgard Scheme (Sails) – This can only be unlocked at your shipyard after completing the storyline at the Seers Hut.

    Ship Cosmetics – Figureheads

    • Reindeer Clan (Figurehead) -You can buy this from a store at Elmenham in East Anglia
    • Jotunheim Scheme (Figurehead) – You can buy this from a store at Elmenham in East Anglia
    • Asgard Scheme (Figurehead) – This can only be unlocked at your shipyard after completing the storyline at the Seers Hut.
    • Snakebite Figurehead – You need to complete and solve the Oxenefordscire Treasure Hoard Map

    Ship Cosmetics – Tailpieces

    • Snakebite Scheme (Tailpiece) – You can unlock this Ship cosmetic in AC Valhalla after completing the East Anglia treasure map.
    • Reindeer Clan (Tailpiece) – This can be purchased from the store at Elmenham in East Anglia
    • Jotunheim Scheme (Tailpiece) – You can buy it from a store at Elmenham in East Anglia.
    • Seer Scheme Tailpiece – You will have to complete the Snotinghamscire Treasure Hoard Map
    • Asgard Scheme (Tailpiece) – The can only be unlocked at your shipyard once you have completed the storyline at the Seers Hut.

    Ship Cosmetics – Shields

    • Snakebite Scheme (Shields) – You can unlock it after completing the Ledecestrescire Treasure Hoard Map.
    • Reindeer Clan (Shields) – You can buy it from the store at Elmenham in East Anglia
    • Jotunheim Scheme (Shields) – You can purchase it from the store at Elmenham in East Anglia
    • Asgard Scheme (Shields) – You can unlock it at your shipyard once are done completing the storyline at the Seers Hut.
