Check out all the information below.

Asobo Studio is looking for new developers to work on the A Plague Tale series, but it is not clear whether for an expansion of the second chapter, A Plague Tale: Requiem or for the making of a spin-off or another main game in the series (A Plague Tale 3).

At the moment the saga consists of only two chapters, A Plague Tale: Innocence (2019) and A Plague Tale: Requiem (2022), but the studio said it was willing to continue the adventure in case of success of the second chapter, so it cannot be excluded that there is a new project in the works.

Asobo Studio, to date, has just over 250 employees and has now reopened hiring to accelerate the development of the new Microsoft Flight Simulator due out in 2024 and to create new A Plague Tale-themed content. As far as the latter is concerned, a special effects artist, a senior game designer, an AI programmer, and a senior gameplay animator are specifically requested, so there is no doubt that this is something new.

The story of Amicia and Hugo ended in A Plague Tale: Requiem, but it is always possible that Asobo Studio is making a DLC, or intends to return to explore the world in a new chapter, even with new protagonists.

Although this could point to a new installment in the saga, at the moment there is no official confirmation from either Microsoft or Asobo Studio, so take this news with a grain of salt for the moment.
