FF7 Remake Director Hints Next Part Coming ASAP

How many part's there will be?

FF7 Remake does not end in Midgar. According to the news source, “PushSquare” possible smaller installments are coming based on the statement by game director Tetsuya Nomura. As far as we know there will be two parts of the game where the story of Avalanche will conclude to the climax. However it is still unclear how well these installments will be framed to backed the journey of cloud, are there two, three, or more?

Nomura shared he was relieved by not having any outrage from the gamer’s while party leaves Midgar, but there will be part two coming ASAP. There is no clear word coming up from the developers when these pieces will be joined together giving us a chance to know what ends for Cloud.

Nomura stated the next part will be smaller than Midgar section that will speed up development.

If we divide the story into large parts, it’ll take longer to make. If we divide it into more detailed smaller sections, then developing it will be faster. I hope to release the next one ASAP.

Producer Yoshinori Kitase also confirmed, that Square Enix is unsure about the total parts for the entire story. It is unclear how many parts will it be divided.

We have a general idea of how the story will play out, but we haven’t decided exactly, nor can we confirm anything. There’s speculation that it will be three parts, but we’re just doing things one step at a time.

FF7 Remake did well recently and it was widely acclaimed by players around the globe. It will be fascinating to find how Square Enix plans for future installments to conclude the massive storyline. There can be possibly three installments or more if we consider the director’s statement, where smaller stories help to speed up development.
