There are only two ways to earn Primordial Affinity in Wolcen, and that is either by getting a skill dropped in the world or you could purchase it from the Archivist in exchange for gold.
After getting the skill, you have two options which you can select from, one will let you learn the skill if you do not know it already and the other lets you sell that particular skill for Primordial Affinity if you have already learned the skill.
To sell the Enneract or Skill, make sure that you go to the Archivist in the game, and make sure that her interface is open. Once you have done that you will see that you get the option to sell the skill for Primordial Affinity.
You can also choose to purchase a skill at the Archivist for gold and then sell her the skill back for Primordial Affinity.
