In order to complete the Transient Dreams, you need to complete three main objectives for it.

- Have Adventure Rank of 40.
- Finish the Raiden Shogun’s Story Quest 1 Reflections of Mortality.
- Complete Archon Quest Chapter 2 Act 3.
- Have 1 Story Key.

How to Complete Cleansing Light
- Find and talk to Katheryne. You can find her at the Adventurers’ Guild in Inazuma.
- Next, head to the area where the Rifthounds have spawned. You can find them northeast of the Grand Narukami Shrine.
- Defeat them and look for the marks they leave behind.
- Follow these marks and they will lead you to another wave of Rifthounds. Again, defeat them.
- Finally, go to the Kamisato Estate to get a tea set and head to where the Furuyama (Tea master) is.
Farewell to the Past – Genshin Impact Transient Dreams
- Follow the trail near the Cave puzzle it will lead you inside a cave.
- Eliminate the Rifthounds here.
- Now go to the cave under the Narukami shrine.
- Here you will have to defeat your puppet.
Radiant Sakura
The final objective to complete this Story quest is fairly straightforward.
- Start by going to the Grand Narukami Shrine to meet Yae Miko.
- She will create a portal to the secret realm.
- Use it and then you will fight Raiden Shogun.
- Defeat her and you will complete this story quest.
