Now there are a few things that must be cleared. Thorns do not work when you have been inflicted with an overtime damage status effect. Please keep in mind that Thorns do not make you invincible in Diablo IV. In fact, you would still be taking damage, but a small portion of it would be dealt to the enemy.
Here’s how you can gain Thorns in Diablo 4.
The amount of damage dealt to the enemy with the Thorns stat can be increased by amplifying the primary stat of your character. For instance, Intelligence is the primary stat of a Necromancer and Strength goes with the Barbarians.
As mentioned above, Thorns do not make you immortal and you will still take damage. Keeping this in mind, you must only select a Tank character that stays in the battle for long. That being said, classes like Barbarians & Druids are the best of Thorns in D4.
