The Last of Us 2 Release Date Revealed During State of Play

The Last of Us 2 gets a definitive release date and we won't even have to wait for that much as it is sooner than you'd expect.

The Last of Us 2 finally gets a release date and it is the 21st of February 2020, fans have been eagerly waiting for any news on this great title and the announcement was made during Sony’s State of Play on 24th of September 2019.

Naughty Dog even showed off a brand new trailer for The Last of Us 2 which shows a more aggressive look of Ellie and her journey, from the looks of The Last of Us 2 will certainly be a great game.

We also get to see a more aged version of Joel as he reassures Ellie that he too will be with her on her journey. The Last of Us was one of the best games of this generation and a lot of people have been waiting for the sequel.

During the State of Play, it was announced that The Last of Us Remastered will be offered free for PlayStation Plus Members, so for those who haven’t checked out the prequel or want to relive the adventure again, you can do so for free if you have a PlayStation Plus membership.

Developed by Naughty Dog, The Last of Us 2 will be released on 21st of February exclusively for the PlayStation 4.
