- Contact Rockstar via the official support page.
- Make sure you are logged into your Rockstar Social Club account. Once you request a refund, you will get an email that will ask for your transaction details.
- Contact Xsolla via the official website.
- You will need to enter the transaction info from your receipt like the email address, exact date, transaction number, transaction total and request reasons. After all the details are filled in, click on Request Refund.

- Note: This policy does not apply to Digital Games purchased from the Rockstar Store that require redemption via Steam.

All exchanges and refunds of purchases made through the Rockstar Games Store or Rockstar Games Launcher will be issued by Xsolla.
