Here is the best control setting for Red Dead Redemption 2 you need to try for smooth gameplay experience of the open-world game.

Controls Settings for Red Dead Redemption 2

Once you try these setting given below, your gameplay will change and it will make the game feel much more responsive. As a open-world gameplay, Players tend to spend much with the environment and try the most features available for Arthur.

Control Settings: (Aiming and easy movement)

  • Max Aim / Look Acceleration Speed
  • Set the Dead Zone to Zero
  • Increase Button Hold Speed
  • Switch Sprint Button [Cross /A] to Toggle instead of Tap.

Hint: Tap [View / Touch] to change the view to First Person when looted.

Control Settings: (Improved Gunplay)

  • Lock-Mode: Normal
  • Aim Assist Strength: 1/4
  • Look Sensitivity: 10/14
  • First Person Field of View: Max
  • Kill Effects: Disable

Note: Disable the Special Edition Bonus Stats / Cash in the Settings if you want to play without those additions.
