Best Perks for Velma in MultiVersus

Need to equip Velma with the best perks in MultiVersus? This is the guide for you.

MultiVersus is a free-to-play crossover game released by Warner Bros. Here, you can play any of your favorite characters from DC Comics, HBO, Turner Entertainment, and Cartoon Network. In the game, you will find two characters from the Mystery gang. One is Shaggy while the other is trusty, book-smart Velma. While Shaggy is known for being more of a runaway character, Velma has always been in the forefront, ready to use her smarts and save the day. She can be quite fun to play with with her cool moves and detective skills. Despite having some pretty solid base attacks, if you’re looking to add a couple of extra perks and make her even better, this is the guide for you. Here are the best perks for Velma in MultiVersus.

What are the Best Perks for Velma in MultiVersus?

Velma’s class is Support and so she works best as a long-distance fighter. She definitely packs a punch but her strength lies in throwing projectiles and harassing the other team. Keeping these two in mind, here are the best perks to enhance Velma and her moves on the battlefield in the game:

  • Knowledge Is Power – This is one of Velma’s signature perks in the game. It grants Velma’s ally 7 grey health for a few seconds once she collects a piece of evidence. Being a Support fighter, this helps her get evidence that eventually calls the cops and can potentially take an opponent (if they don’t manage to get away) much faster.
  • Studied – Studied is the other signature perk in the game. This perk will grant Velma one piece of evidence from the start of the game itself. This helps her collect all of the evidence as soon as possible.
  • Deadshot – This perk will increase the damage of your team’s projectiles by 5%. If your team consists of Velma and an Assassin or Mage, you can easily take full advantage of this perk. Use their long ranged attacks to make the best out of this perk.
  • Shirt Cannon Sniper – This is another perk that will increase the damage of your projectiles by 5%. This perk works on enemies that are far away. Since long ranged attacks are Velma’s specialty, this should be no problem for those that are used to playing with her. When you combine this with Supportive Words, Calculated Victory, Motivational Speaker, and others, you will be able to increase the damage caused exponentially.

While on the surface, they may not seem like they’re anything special, these perks definitely stack up. They are all highly rewarding and you will be a fairly balanced duo on the field when using the same.

Jinkies guys! This was all there is to know about the best perks for Velma. Give these perks a try on her to see if they work for you and your playstyle. If you want to know how to make the game more fun then check out this guide on the best Multiversus Mods.
