Death Stranding

Norman Reedus Is Glad That Silent Hill Production Fell Apart

In a recent interview Norman Reedus claimed that working on Death Stranding was a more fullfilling experience than working on Silent Hill

Norman Reedus is at the forefront of Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding but this isn’t the first game these two have partnered up for, earlier when Kojima was a part of Konami, he and Reedus were working on Silent Hill.

In a recent interview with Hollywood Reporter, Reedus said that he is glad that Silent Hill fell apart and that working on Death Stranding was a better experience.

He said, “I was like, thank god that didn’t work because this is way better,” said Reedus. “This is a completely different thing. I’ve really gotten to know the mind of Hideo a little bit. I like the fact that Silent Hills didn’t happen, to be honest, because I’ve gotten such a peek into the way he works and the way he thinks, and I’m completely blown away by this guy.”

Silent Hill was never made sadly but it did scare us with its playable teaser and still manages to do so after almost 5 years.

There is no doubt that Hideo Kojima is a genius when it comes to making video games and his brilliance is seen in his works.

Death Stranding is developed by Kojima Productions and is scheduled to release on 8 November 2019 for PS4.
