Capcom has announced that Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Title Update 4 had to be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A new release date was not given.
According to the official announcement, due to the delay, it will not appear until May 2020. The publisher took this change as an opportunity to update the roadmap. The modified version is available in an infographic that you can check at the top of this news.
In today’s statement, Capcom has given the below message for delaying Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Title Update 4:
Unfortunately, coronavirus (COVID-19) related impacts on production have made it necessary to postpone the release of the fourth free title update for Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. Voice-over production for the Italian, Spanish, and French language versions have also been affected, and will be replaced with simplified recordings.
We would like to apologize to all of our fans eagery awaiting Alatreon’s arrival in the New World, and will provide updates once we have new information to share.
