How Does Frosted Health Work in God of War Ragnarok

Frosted Health is something that will add to the challenge when fighting a few enemies. This will make it a little harder and will require some effort to kill them. You will have to remove the blue bar and then you will get the normal health bar. Simply put, Frosted Health is an additional blue bar of health that certain enemies get in God of War Ragnarok. Once you remove the blue bar, you can proceed to defeat them normally.

However, punches or Leviathan Axe won’t work on such enemies. To beat someone with Frosted Health in God of War Ragnarok, you will have to use the Blades of Chaos. Or more accurately, the fiery elemental effect of Blades of Chaos. You can also try to use the Flame Whiplash.

Once you land a few hits with the Blades of Chaos, you will get the normal health bar and from there on it will be easy to beat the enemy. Additionally, the same concept stays for someone with Fiery Health. That is you first remove the additional health with Leviathan Axe and then proceed with your choice of attack.
