In Baldur’s Gate 3 Zaith’isk is a device that upon your choices may give you a permanent buff or a debuff that you may want to get rid of. After dealing with all the objectives in the Goblin Camp, players will come across Creche Y’llek under the Rosymorn Monastery as they progress further. The Zaith’isk in BG3, as mentioned above, is a Githyanki Device that you will encounter in the Creche Y’llek under the Rosymorn Monastery. Pass Three Saving Throws To Gain The Awakened Buff In BG3 (Image Source: ZaFrostPet on YouTube)

Before going through the process, we would suggest that you save the game first. After interacting with Ghustil and agreeing to use the device, Lae’zel will come forward and insist on using the device first. However, we recommend that you ignore her advice and use the device for yourself. The foremost reason is, that if Lae’zel goes forward with the Zaith’isk, she will eventually be stuck with a permanent debuff which will decrease three of her random stats.

Keeping Lae’zel aside, once you use the Zaith’isk in BG3 for your character, you will need to pass three saving throws to get the Awakened Buffs:
