Aside from the usual melee skillset, you should cast or use Magic Spells in Lords of the Fallen too. It promotes a ranged approach in combat where players can mitigate maximum damage taken without compromising with the damage output. You may feel like using spells is not important in the early period. But you will also feel the need to learn this skill in the later periods of the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So in this guide, I will explain to you everything about using Spells in Lords of the Fallen 2. This includes all 3 types of Magic: Radiant, Inferno, and Umbral<\/strong>. How Magic Works in LOTF<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As I said, there are 3 types of Magic available that include Radiant, Inferno, and Umbral. To use these Magic types, you need to focus on their respective Stats<\/a><\/strong>. For instance, using Radiant and Inferno Magic will require you to upgrade the Radiance and Inferno Stats respectively. And those who would like to cast Umbral Magic should excel in both Radiance and Inferno stats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One more important thing, you need to have a compatible Catalyst to use Spells in Lords of the Fallen. There are Radiant, Inferno, and Umbral Catalysts found across the map. These Catalysts are equipped to your Weapon Slot after which you can assign your obtained spells on them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: Spells are equipped to the row beneath the Catalyst slot. The equipped Spell will be assigned a key which will be displayed above it. However, if you are not comfortable with the keybinds, you can always change it using the in-game settings<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
