The Doll Workshop Mannequin Puzzle in Resident Evil Village begins when you take the Legs Flask. This entire escape room puzzle goes down in the basement of House Beneviento. It might be a bit of a lengthy process but it is easy enough to get through. Also, you should know that when the puzzle begins all your weapons and items will be locked till you complete the puzzle. With all that out of the way let’s find out how to solve the Doll Workshop Mannequin Puzzle in Resident Evil 8.
The first thing you need to do is examine the left hand of the doll. You will see a ring here. Remove the ring. The inventory will identify it as a blood-stained ring. Now go over to the right shoulder of the mannequin.
Examine the right shoulder by interacting with the mannequin. The shoulder panel will take some amount of persuasion before it finally comes off. Once it does you will find a Silver Key inside. Now, look around the Mannequin room for a door with a symbol on it just like the Silver Key.
The door should look something like this. Use the Silver Key from your inventory to open the door. Interact with the door again and enter the room.
Inside the room, you will find a sink. Interact with this sink and the water will turn on. After this wash the ring from your inventory. On the inside of this ring, you will be able to see some numbers. Now, go back outside the room.
Once you are back in the main room go over to the doll again. Move over towards the doll’s right leg. Here you should see a pop-up appear. When you interact with this Ethan will attempt to remove the leg. Once you are successful at removing the leg you will find a winding key inside.
Now, go over to the main door. Once you are at the main door of the Mannequin room you will see that it has a code lock. Open the inventory and examine the ring. On the inner side of the ring, you will see a code engraved. Now you can use this code to open the lock on the doorway.

You will now enter a dimly lit hallway. Go all the way to the end of this hallway and turn right. At this moment a door on your left will open up. Go into this room and you will come across a Wedding Box.
This is where you can use the Winding Key. Once you interact with the wedding box you will see that you have to change the positions of the Tumbler. Interact with these tumblers and set them in the right order. To do that you will have to align the scratch marks on the tumbler. Once they are in the right order you can wind up the Key. After doing that you will see that a compartment opens up on the bottom. Inside you will find a pair of tweezers.
Come back to the Mannequin Room and interact with the doll again. Inside the mouth of the doll, you will be able to find a film reel. Once you have the reel go back to the main hall. Keep going further than before and you will come across a study room. Enter this study room and you will see a Film Projector.
Besides the projector, you will see a folder. Interact with this folder and you will get the order in which to place the film reels. Look at the image above as this is the correct order of the reels. Play the tape and it will show a short film. After this, the projector screen will fall down showing a secret corridor. Go into the secret corridor and move towards the right.
You will see a doll here holding a scissor. Take the scissor from the doll and look downwards. Here you will see a small opening that is covered with bandages. Cut open the tape and you will find yourself in the hallway. Go back to the mannequin room now.

Use the scissor to cut open the bandage. Doing so will reveal a Brass Medallion. This will be used to open the secret door.
Open up the Right Arm by interacting with it next. Inside you will see another medallion. Remember the shape of the Medallion.
After this interact with the eye. Move it around till you come across a symbol in the eye. Remember the symbol properly.
After this head into the small alley in the room. Follow the small passage all the way to the end. You will come across a special door. Now place the Bronze Medallion on the door from your inventory. Switch up the rest of the symbols according to what you saw in the eye and inside the right arm. Once you do all this properly the door will open and you will have successfully cleared the Doll Workshop Mannequin Puzzle.
